Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) is a major hub with direct flights across the US and to Europe and Asia. It is connected to downtown by the Blue Line light rail, which takes about 25 minutes. By car, the city sits at the junction of Interstates I-35 (north-south) and I-94 (east-west). Amtrak's Empire Builder stops in St. Paul on its route between Chicago and the Pacific Northwest.
