Southeast Main Street

Southeast Main Street is one of the best short heritage walks around Saint Anthony Falls. The cobblestone-and-brick streetscape follows the old main street of Saint Anthony, the city that stood here before Minneapolis absorbed it in 1872.

The street runs through a mix of old mill-era buildings, riverfront history, and newer redevelopment. It works best as part of a walk linking the Stone Arch Bridge, Saint Anthony Falls, and the surrounding historic milling district.
