THE home of the Buffalo Style Chicken Wing.
For those that are not familiar with the Buffalo Style Chicken Wing, it is the wing of a chicken, deep fried in oil, and tossed with butter and Franks Original hot sauce.'
There are other variations of the wing out there (barbequed, italian, lemon pepper, etc...) but chicken wing purists will have it the original way.
Chicken wings can be ordered mild, medium (a little fire), hot (not for those that don't like hot spicy food) or suicide (made, using tabasco sauce in place of the hot sauce).
Other American offering may be available on the menu, but most will be there for the chicken wing.
