Hugo's identity is built on its circus heritage — a genuine and unusual thing in a small Oklahoma town. The circus cemetery, the Ring of Fame monument, and the presence of Carson & Barnes Circus in winter quarters are the main draws. There is not much else to see, but what there is has real character.
