Moore sits right on Interstate 35, the main north-south highway through Oklahoma, and is effectively a suburb of Oklahoma City. From Oklahoma City the drive is 15 minutes south on I-35; Norman is the same distance further south. Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) is about 25 minutes northwest by car.
There is no passenger rail and no Greyhound stop in Moore itself — the nearest are downtown Oklahoma City. The Oklahoma City CityLink bus reaches Moore but services are infrequent. A car is essential for almost any purpose here.
