Moore is a suburban city without grand monuments — its appeal is practical: a base for Oklahoma City, a place with good chain restaurants, and a community with a particular relationship to the weather. The tornado memorials and rebuilt schools, the parks along Little River, and the enormous Warren Theatre are what stand out locally. For more substantial sightseeing, drive 15 minutes north to Oklahoma City or 15 minutes south to Norman.
