The home of the Lancaster Stormers, a minor-league professional baseball team in the Atlantic League. The stadium opened in 2005 on the north side of downtown, a 10-minute walk from Penn Square. Tickets are cheap, the seating is intimate, and the surrounding neighbourhood is walkable.
The team plays roughly 70 home games between late April and September. Even if you are not a baseball fan, a summer evening in the stands with a hot dog and a beer is one of the more pleasant ways to spend an evening in Lancaster.
