A 111-acre state park on Rich Passage, opposite Bainbridge Island, on the eastern shore of the peninsula at the village of Manchester. The shoreline is rocky and good for tidepooling at low water; the headline ruin is the Manchester Torpedo Warehouse, a brick fortified building from the early 1900s that still stands at the centre of the park and now serves as a picnic shelter.
The park has a quiet beach, a campground, several miles of walking trails through second-growth woodland and a constant parade of Washington State Ferries passing through Rich Passage a hundred yards offshore. Discover Pass required.
