A long-running parrilla a few blocks from Plaza 1° de Mayo. Wood-fired grills along one wall, big plates of bife de chorizo, ojo de bife, and provoleta, plus the Litoral speciality of river fish baked in salt crust. Service is slow and friendly; the local Malbec by the carafe is good value.
