By air. General Justo José de Urquiza Airport (PRA), 12 km east of the centre, with daily flights to Buenos Aires Aeroparque (Aerolíneas Argentinas).
By bus. The Terminal de Ómnibus is on Avenida Ramírez, ten minutes east of the centre. Frequent buses to Buenos Aires (7–8 hours overnight is standard), Rosario (4 hours), Córdoba (8 hours), and the Litoral cities. Local buses run roughly every fifteen minutes to Santa Fe through the Subfluvial Tunnel.
By road. Paraná sits at the junction of national routes 12 and 18, with quick links north to Concordia and south-east via the tunnel to the Rosario–Buenos Aires axis. The drive from Buenos Aires takes around six hours.
