Ferrowhite is a workshop-museum in the port district of Ingeniero White, focused on the railway and harbour labour that made Bahía Blanca an industrial city. Its collection grows out of tools, objects, documents, and memories connected with rail workers, dock work, and the transformations that followed privatisation.
The museum pairs well with the nearby port museum because it shifts attention from ships and infrastructure to the people who kept the port and railway system running. It is not a grand national museum, but it gives Bahía Blanca a sharper local story than the central plazas alone can provide.
