Brasília International Airport (BSB / Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek) is a central hub for domestic Brazilian flights, with direct international links to Lisbon, Miami, Buenos Aires, and Panama City. From the airport, the BRT bus (line BRT 113) reaches the central bus station in around 25 minutes for a few reais; taxis and ride-shares are around R$ 50.
By long-distance bus, Brasília is connected to every major Brazilian city — though distances are vast (São Paulo is 14 hours, Rio about 17, Salvador 21). The Rodoviária Interestadual (long-distance bus terminal) is in the western Asa Norte. There is no useful long-distance rail service.
