Brasilia has two distinct seasons. The dry season runs roughly from April to October — sunny and pleasant, but humidity can drop as low as 7%, which is desert-level dry. Carry water at all times or expect headaches. The wet season from November to March brings afternoon downpours, usually starting around 5 or 6pm. Carry an umbrella and leave the good shoes at the hotel — many areas lack proper pavements.
