Central Viña is small enough to walk. From the Reloj de Flores at the south end to the Casino at the north is no more than thirty minutes on foot along the seafront. The Metro Valparaíso (Merval) stops at Miramar, Viña, and Hospital — all useful — and continues north to Quilpué and Limache.
For the beaches and bars at Reñaca, take any northbound bus or colectivo (shared taxi) along the coast road; the journey takes about fifteen minutes. The Jardín Botánico and Estadio Sausalito are out of the centre and most easily reached by taxi or Uber.
