Up a flight of stairs on Calle Palacio, and the restaurant most Cusco residents name first. The front bar does tapas standing up, packed by eight; the dining room behind it is a quieter, more serious proposition.
There is a separate café under the same name on Calle Ruinas, with its own number, which is a different and much simpler place — bread, breakfast, coffee.
Reservations are taken on WhatsApp; the number here is the restaurant's, not the café's.
