Le Pescadou, on Rue Lafond near the waterfront, is one of Libreville's longest-running French seafood restaurants. The menu is short and changes with what the boats brought in — capitaine, snapper, sometimes lobster — and the cooking is unambitious in the best French sense.
Not cheap. Expect to pay European prices and be glad you did. Reservations advisable in the evenings.
