Odika — named for the wild mango whose ground seed thickens Gabonese sauces — is one of the few sit-down restaurants in town focused unapologetically on Central African cooking. Try the nyembwe, the smoked-fish stew, and the braised cassava leaves. Reasonable prices, and a good place to start learning the cuisine.
