Guilai Hall was built in 1962 as a meeting place for overseas Chinese returning to Jimei. The hall's traditional palace-style roof and ceremonial layout make it a modest but worthwhile add-on to the district's Tan Kah Kee memorial sites, especially if you are already visiting Jiageng Park.
