Golden Pebble Beach is one of Dalian's better-known seaside escapes, named for the rock formations around the coast. The sand is the main draw, and in warm weather the area fills with visitors swimming, grilling, and walking along the shore.
Some nearby attractions are more touristy than essential, so come primarily for the beach and coastal scenery. Outside summer, check the weather before making the trip from central Dalian.
