Jodhpur has a modest bar and cafe scene. Several rooftop cafes in the old city near the fort cater to backpackers with coffee, juice, and light meals alongside views of the blue city. The Stepwell Cafe near Toorji Ka Jhalra is one of the more atmospheric options.
For a drink in the evening, some of the heritage hotels have bars. Alcohol is available but this is not a nightlife city -- most visitors are happily in bed early after a day of fort-climbing and bazaar-browsing.
