Annapurna Temple

Annapurna Temple is a 19th-century Hindu temple near Barrackpore, built in 1875 by Jagadamba Devi, the youngest daughter of Rani Rashmoni. Its nine-pinnacled form closely resembles the better-known Dakshineswar Kali Temple, making it a worthwhile stop for visitors interested in Bengal temple architecture.

The complex includes a natmandir, six Shiva temples, and two nahabatkhanas. It is best seen as part of a circuit of Barrackpore's riverfront and colonial-era sights.
