Darjeeling's Rock Garden is a terraced hillside garden built around the Chunnu Summer Falls below town. Stone paths, small bridges, flower beds, and viewpoints step down the slope, making it a popular local outing when the weather is clear.
It is not one of Darjeeling's essential colonial sights, but it is a pleasant change of pace from the ridge and tea viewpoints. The road down is winding, so combine it with nearby Ganga Maya Park if you are hiring a car.
