Ngempon Temple is a small Hindu temple complex near Ungaran, north of Ambarawa. The temple ruins sit close to Curug Grenjeng-Ngempon waterfall and local hot spring baths, making the stop more varied than the temple alone.
It is best treated as a short outing from Ambarawa or Semarang, especially if you are already visiting the highland sights around Bandungan.
