Taman Budaya Raden Saleh is a cultural park and performance complex with theatre, dance, and occasional art exhibitions. It occupies the former site of Semarang's zoo and still works as a family-friendly recreation area.
The most rewarding time to visit is when performers are rehearsing or an event is scheduled, since the appeal is the living arts scene more than the grounds alone.
