Dragonfly is a small, intimate cocktail bar in Mar Mikhael, a few doors from Anise. The drinks are well-made and lean classical (a sharp Old Fashioned, a proper Negroni), and the room — wooden bar, dim lighting, packed weekend crowds — is exactly the kind of place where Beirut's bar scene is most itself.
