Nu Sentral is the shopping mall directly connected to KL Sentral station — a large, modern complex on the southern edge of Brickfields that opened in 2013. The tenant mix is mid-range and practical: fashion chains (H&M, Cotton On, Uniqlo), a large Parkson department store, a cinema (GSC), food court, and several cafés and restaurants. It's primarily useful as a transitional space — somewhere to eat, shop for basics, or pass time between trains.
The mall is less interesting as a destination than the market streets of Brickfields a few blocks south, but its air-conditioning and reliable food options make it a useful fallback. Exiting KL Sentral to the street level on the south side takes you directly into Brickfields within five minutes.
