Getting Around

Boracay is small enough that walking the beach path covers most of what you'll want to see. The single main road runs the length of the island; cars are rare, but motorised tricycles and the green e-trikes ply this road continuously. A short hop within town costs around 20-30 pesos per person; chartering one costs about 150 pesos per hour.

You can rent a bicycle for around 50 pesos an hour, or a motorbike for 150-300 pesos. Motorbikes are useful for getting up to Mount Luho or Puka Beach, but the road is narrow and the local driving style is enthusiastic — bring an international licence and a helmet.
