The beaches along Subic Bay are calm, relatively clean, and surrounded by forested hills. The main resorts — White Rock, Camayan, and All Hands Beach — are inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and charge entrance fees, but provide full facilities. Baloy Beach, just outside the freeport on the north side, is more accessible and popular with budget travellers. The bay is sheltered, making it good for swimming and watersports year-round. Wreck diving is the other main water activity, with multiple accessible dive sites in the bay.
