From Manila, Victory Liner and Saulog Transit both run frequent bus services to Olongapo terminal, departing from Pasay, Cubao, and Caloocan in Metro Manila. Journey time is around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic; buses run from early morning through the afternoon. The bus terminal is behind the city mall.
By car, take the NLEX (North Luzon Expressway) to the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), which brings you to the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in around 2 hours from Manila under normal conditions.
Subic Bay International Airport handles limited domestic and charter flights; most visitors arrive overland from Manila.
