November to May is the dry season and the best time to visit. December to February is the coolest and most comfortable, with temperatures around 25°C and minimal rain. March to May is warmer (up to 33°C) but still dry and good for beach and diving activities.
The wet season runs June to October, with heavy rains and the occasional typhoon. Diving and jungle activities are less appealing in wet conditions. The Christmas period (late November onward) is busy with local visitors from Manila.
