Calbayog transportation depends on where you are going, but there are several ways to get from here to there within the city.
**From the Airport **
Upon your arrival at the international airport, you have one option of taking the tricycles that operate to the city. They are usually parked in a designated area. You can also take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage.
**Habal Habal **
Calbayog transportation by a Habal Habal is a very exciting experience. These motorbikes are covered by a roofs, which keep you dry during rainy days and shielded from the sun during summer. Habal Habals often carry up to three passengers, and the fares are minimal.
By Bus
There are city buses that ply in and around the city, and you will notice them because they are all painted with red, white and navy blue colors. They usually stop at designated bus stops along the city routes, and the fares are charged according to your destination.
**By Tricycle (Pedicab) **
This is the most convenient and cheapest Calbayog transportation available in the city. These tricycles are also known as "pedicabs," and charge very reasonable fares: approximately 7 Pesos per trip. You can also hire one of these tricycles and go for a ride along the beach.
By Jeepees
You can also use the Jeepnees, which are modified jeeps that are colorfully painted and are fun to travel in. They operate mostly in areas around the city, and charge fares just like the buses.
By Autorickshaw
Another common form of Calbayog transportation is by an auto-driven three wheeler known as a "tuk-tuk." They charge fair prices for each trip, and due to their small size, they easily maneuver through the traffic.
