Dhow Cruise on Doha Bay

A traditional wooden dhow trip on Doha Bay is the most enjoyable way to see the city's two contrasting skylines: the West Bay towers to the north and the Museum of Islamic Art and Corniche to the south. Cruises depart from the dhow harbour adjacent to MIA Park and the Corniche, usually running for an hour or two, with dinner options available on some vessels.

Several operators offer dinner cruises in the cooler months (October–April) that include a buffet, usually of mixed Gulf and international food, and slow circuits of the bay. Simpler daytime trips are cheaper and give better views of the city in the light. Book through your hotel or directly at the jetty; evening cruises fill up on weekends.
