Muju Hyanggyo is a former Confucian school from the Joseon Dynasty, close to central Muju. The compound preserves traditional Korean educational architecture, including the Daemyeong-ru gate and the main hall used for ancestral rites.
It is a quiet, local history stop rather than a major monument. Pair it with other sights in Muju if you are already in town.
