Taekwondowon is a large national campus devoted to taekwondo, set in the mountains outside Muju. It combines a stadium, training spaces, exhibitions, and visitor programs, so it works both for martial-arts people and curious travellers.
Try to time your visit for a demonstration. The scale of the place is impressive, but it makes most sense when you see movement, discipline, and ceremony rather than just buildings.
