Taipei Story House is a 19th-century European-style merchant house beside the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. It has been adapted as a small gallery and museum space, with changing exhibitions and occasional traditional music events.
The building is as much the attraction as the exhibitions: a rare old house in this part of Taipei, with a patio tea garden looking toward the Danshui River. It works best as a short companion stop before or after the fine arts museum.
