Also known as the Hat Yai City Art Chamber, this small gallery and cultural hall sits within Hat Yai Municipal Park on Phetkasem Road. Traditional Thai architecture houses rotating exhibitions from southern Thai artists, ranging from traditional rural-life paintings to modern installations on environmental themes, alongside displays honouring the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
It is a quiet, air-conditioned stop rather than a headline attraction — worth combining with the park's other hilltop sights nearby. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am–6pm; admission is free.
