☰Sulphur Mud Baths

On the southwestern shore of Köyceğiz Lake, a short boat ride from town, thermal springs feed a pool of warm sulphurous mud. You coat yourself, let it dry in the sun, then wash off in the thermal water. The experience is somewhere between medicinal and absurd, which is exactly why it works. Most boat tours from Dalyan include a stop here. The facilities are basic — changing rooms, showers — and get crowded in high season.
