Justice Tower

Surviving tower of the old Edirne Palace complex, near the historic Sarayici grounds.

The Justice Tower, or Adalet Kasri, is one of the most tangible remnants of Edirne's old Ottoman palace landscape. It stands near Sarayici, the leafy area associated with imperial grounds, bridges, and the Kirkpinar oil-wrestling tradition.

It is not as overwhelming as Selimiye Mosque, but it helps explain why Edirne mattered before Istanbul took over the imperial imagination. Visit it as part of a loop through the river bridges and palace remains, where the city feels spacious, green, and deeply Ottoman.
