Manavgat Market

The weekly market in Manavgat, 4km east of Side, runs on Tuesdays and covers several blocks of the town centre. It is primarily a food and goods market for local residents. You will find fresh vegetables, olives, spices, nuts, dried fruits, and locally produced honey at prices far below what the Side souvenir shops charge. A dolmus from Side takes about 10 minutes.

A story
Manavgat's Tuesday market is a working town market rather than a tourist attraction, which makes it one of the more authentic places to shop in the area. Farmers from surrounding villages bring produce — olives, peppers, dried herbs, fresh cheese — alongside clothing stalls, household goods, and the occasional antique seller. It has none of the polished souvenir-shop quality of the Side old town and all the noise and bustle of a market that locals actually use.
