When you have eaten plov and shashlik until you cannot face another carrot, Sette is the safest landing pad in central Tashkent. The pizza is wood-fired, the pasta is properly al dente, and the Italian-trained chef takes the food seriously.
The wine list runs to Italian, Georgian, and Uzbek bottles. Comfortable interior, English-speaking staff, prices a bit above local. A weekend reservation is wise.
