Sean's, long known as Sean's Panaroma, has been quietly doing things its own way at the northern end of Bondi since 1993. Chef Sean Moran writes a short menu by hand each day, built around produce from his own farm in the Blue Mountains, and the cooking is generous, seasonal and unfussy — the kind of place that has outlasted every food trend by ignoring all of them. The simple white room looks across Campbell Parade to the beach.
It is open for dinner most nights and lunch at weekends, and it remains a favourite for a long, slow meal rather than a quick bite. Booking ahead is essential, especially for a window table.
