Half-bar, half-museum, this raki-focused café in Blloku is crammed with communist-era memorabilia. The drinks list is one of the longest raki menus in the country — flavoured with mulberry, fig, walnut, plum — and the food is a short, well-judged list of small Albanian plates.
The place is busy from early evening; come early if you want a table inside among the propaganda posters. The garden out the back is the better option in summer.
