Et'hem Bey Mosque

Ottoman mosque with rare interior frescoes on Skanderbeg Square

An Ottoman mosque on Skanderbeg Square, completed in 1821 and notable for its interior frescoes of trees, waterfalls, and bridges — unusual in Islamic religious art. One of the few religious buildings in Tirana to survive the communist-era demolitions. Open to non-Muslim visitors outside prayer times.
