A high-rise tower on the edge of Blloku with a revolving bar and restaurant on the top floor. The drinks are unremarkable but the view is outstanding — a full 360-degree circuit of Tirana every hour. On a clear day you can see Mount Dajti to the east and the Adriatic to the west.
Go for sunset, drink one beer, take the photos, leave. It is the easiest way to grasp the size and shape of the city.
