Tanners' Mosque is a small Ottoman-era mosque near Tanners’ Bridge, in one of the corners where old Tirana still peeks through the capital’s rapid rebuilding. It is modest, but the scale is part of the charm: a neighbourhood religious building tied to the craft quarter that once worked along the stream.
Do not expect a grand monument on the level of Et'hem Bey Mosque. Visit while walking between the bridge, the old market area, and the castle quarter, and let it add another layer to Tirana’s surviving Ottoman map.
