A striking brutalist structure built in 1988 as a museum dedicated to the communist dictator Enver Hoxha, designed by his daughter and son-in-law. After various uses post-communism it has been repurposed as a youth tech hub. The pyramid form and its location near the centre make it an unmissable landmark; it remains one of Tirana's most photographed buildings.
