Dolma is a small, plainly named restaurant a couple of streets back from Fountain Square that specialises, predictably, in dolma — all the regional versions of stuffed vegetable and vine-leaf dishes, served with strained yogurt and good bread. The lamb-and-rice vine leaf dolma is the classic but the stuffed quince and aubergines are equally good.
The room is small and family-run, with photographs of village kitchens on the walls. Service is unfussy. A useful lunch stop in the centre, particularly if you've been overdoing the kebabs.
