The Blagaj tekke is a Dervish monastery built into the cliff face at the source of the Buna River, 12 kilometres south of Mostar. The ice-cold, emerald-green river emerges from one of the largest karst springs in Europe, rushing out from beneath a towering rock face. The 16th-century tekke perches right at the water's edge. Several riverside cafes offer a place to sit and take in the scene.
