A small sit-down place in the middle of the Vanha Kauppahalli, with about a dozen seats around an open kitchen. The signature is a creamy salmon soup with rye bread and butter, served all day with a glass of white wine from the neighbouring wine bar — €18 lunches that turn into 90-minute hangouts.
Excellent fresh fish dishes from the surrounding stalls, including silakka (fried Baltic herring) when in season. No bookings; turn up off peak.
