For sun-and-champagne lunches on a vast terrace next to the altiport, Le Cap Horn is the institution. Beyond the marquee names, the Le Praz village holds a clutch of unpretentious Savoyard places where fondue, raclette, and tartiflette are taken seriously and the bill does not require a second mortgage.
